I am Sale and Coupon Driven

This is how I shop now, not by necessity but by coupon + a sale.  Everything you are used to has to go out the door.. The ads show up in your mail box on Wednesday, you begin preparing for what you are going to purchase for the week..  Once you have a collection of coupons you will be able to pick up 10 items for the price of 2, when this deal comes around DO SO. Get all 10 items.  That way you will not have to shop out of necessity.  This will take a few months (literally 2) before you know it.. your whole shopping out look will change.. 

 Lets go over an example Edy's Ice cream this week is on sale at rite aid for $2.99. Regular Price is $5.99.  After the UP reward you are paying $.99c a piece for each one.  You should purchase at least 6.
Do you see there what happened? FOR the price of 1 you can buy 6!  But here is the best part, once you start building your stockpile you will build your store money as well.  Use the store money to purchase further money making items and your out of pocket (oop) expense will most likely be tax.. Which is what I attempt to do!  After I go shopping I will post my trips, with pictures to make it easy for you to understand, feel free to print the coupons and follow right along!  Now Print that comparison, spend 10 minutes in each store grabbing those few items that are in bold before Sunday, when a whole new week starts again!
