Turn that oven on self clean!! Then just as we did with the the Refrigerator go through all of your food storage, sorting the trash from donating to keeping. Wipe all surfaces with warm water, replace shelf liner if needed. Dry and refill.
Go through your dishes. and glassware and silverware... Do you need them all? (Put all dishes you are keeping into the dishwasher, run the load.) Clean all surfaces.
